In this new second edition of The Irish Palatines in Ontario the author has corrected known errors from the original 1994 edition and added a completely new chapter on Barbara Heck and the Loyalist Palatines plus other refinements and new material. That said, the book does contain lists of individuals and many references to specific persons and families. It is not a catalogue of every Irish Palatine who settled in Ontario.
